These include Poundbury in Dorchester, Derwenthorpe in York, Chicago Lakeside and the new town of Madinat Khalifa in Bahrain.

Nathan has a strong interest in spatial planning and urban design approaches that contribute towards tackling climate change; his recent work includes the carbon modelling of spatial options for strategic housing growth and decarbonising road construction specifications.

Emma has worked at all stages of the planning process, from initial site feasibility through to the preparation and review of Transport Assessments and the negotiation of planning conditions and obligations.

Anthony joined Glanville as a Technical Director in January 2023. Before that he was a Director at Pegasus Group primarily responsible for launching the new transport team offer in 2018.

She has contributed to the delivery of a wide range of solutions to infrastructure challenges, and has developed an adaptable, collaborative approach to design development.

    Simon is an urban geographer, strategic town planner, infrastructure designer, regeneration consultant and consenting specialist with 30 years’ experience of leading interdisciplinary planning and sustainability teams. He is experienced in complex schemes involving transport-oriented infrastructure, also in early-stage policy, strategy and feasibility studies. In 2022 he completed a place-based PhD in Geography and Planning. Previously his career covered highways, rail, energy and water projects as well as urban regeneration. He supports Design Commission for Wales in panel reviews and workshops and is a Member of Bristol Advisory Committee on Climate Change. Simon’s recent work includes major regeneration frameworks: Bristol Temple Quarter, Frome Gateway and Bristol City Centre.
